About SCCULT (1992) LTD
The Savings and Credit Cooperative Union League of Tanzania (1992) Ltd is the umbrella organization for SACCOS in Tanzania mainland. Established in 1992 under Cooperative Act No. 15 of 1991 (Reg. No. 5480), SCCULT is mandated to educate and train, represent in key forums, mobilize savings and lending, provide research and accounting services, supply essential stationery and equipment, and lead lobbying and advocacy.
