Eligibility
Services are primarily for registered SACCOS in good standing with regulators and SCCULT membership requirements.
Responsibilities
Members are responsible for accurate information, timely submissions, and adherence to guidance provided through SCCULT programs.
Liability
SCCULT provides guidance and support in good faith; implementation decisions remain with each SACCOS and must follow legal and regulatory obligations.
